you know we worked on my diet it it

wasn’t a diet it was more we changed my

diet and my lifestyle of eating um so I

was eating way more than I used to it

was just a lot healthier a lot of salads

vegetables protein chicken fish um and

yeah we cheat sometimes I have cake

every once in a while but you know it’s

athletic body but I know I try and make

that work for me and my legs will be a
